Today’s discussion is ‘design seoul’. I haven’t listened about it until the group presents it. To summary, this is the plan that develops some famous spots in seoul into more useful and beautiful places such as Han-rival,Dongdaemoon and so on..
This project demands a lot of money but, I support it. For the present, Korea has more important problems to solve like icreasing umemployment, inflation rate. However, we need to be able to see the future. We can attract large numbers of sightseers and it is applied not one time but every year. In the past, when we hosted the 1988 Summer Olympic Games and the 2002 World Cup, we had the chances of developing Korea's national prestige and improving the quality of nation's life. now, Korea achieves 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics and hosts F-1 Korea Grand Prix. All this Korea's efforts is for our nations. We can make much money than using for this.
I agree with what you said about how much this program have changes the way the world look at this Seoul and at Korea as a whole. Yet, you mentioned that having more international events is the sign of improvement in the so called quality of nation's life, which is more effective for the nation and its people than increasing employment and fixing the inflation rate. Which is the part I don't agree on.
답글삭제I agree with your opinion. Design seoul make good impression to foreign tourist. There are too many cars and pollution in seoul. We can have nice view in seoul for this policy design seoul.
답글삭제I agree with your opinion that developing environments in Seoul to attract huge numbers of sightseers and travelers from foreign gountries. This will be very helpful for our country's prestige as well as economy.
