G.M.O

I have heard a good while that scientists have developed GMO and people are for and against until now. Some people say that to modify organism’s gene is wrong in the ethical side. But, the primary cause of anti-GMO is many of people concern about its side-effect. I concede it is true. It is still imperfect. But, I insist GMO is necessary and the earth will need to produce GMO foods more and more as time goes by. There are some reasons.
now, in the world very many poor people is still living. They is dire need of food. But, our world has less food than amount needed for people all over the world and the reason scientist is trying to develop GMO is just it also.

GMO can do good not only for poor people but also for us who have enough food to live. GMO foods are cheap and in fact could more safety rather than general food. We can analyze the ingredients of food , remove bad ingredients and make more health food and in case of need can add good ingredients which don’t exist original food. I think GMO food is not just coming laboratory but a sort of diet which is made by doing cooking in kitchen.

In future, the quantity of food to need will diminish because the number of people rise and the earth is continuingly urbanized.

For these reasons , although GMO is still not completed, scientists should continue to develop it by confirmed to safety. I feel sure that all of the people will be necessary GMO sometime.

I like 'Design seoul' project

Today’s discussion is ‘design seoul’. I haven’t listened about it until the group presents it. To summary, this is the plan that develops some famous spots in seoul into more useful and beautiful places such as Han-rival,Dongdaemoon and so on..
This project demands a lot of money but, I support it. For the present, Korea has more important problems to solve like icreasing umemployment, inflation rate. However, we need to be able to see the future. We can attract large numbers of sightseers and it is applied not one time but every year. In the past, when we hosted the 1988 Summer Olympic Games and the 2002 World Cup, we had the chances of developing Korea's national prestige and improving the quality of nation's life. now, Korea achieves 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics and hosts F-1 Korea Grand Prix. All this Korea's efforts is for our nations. We can make much money than using for this.

About selling OTC drags outside pharmacies

I presented about OTC drugs in class. but, I rewrite because I have personal opinion that I didn’t say in that time.
I am against selling medicines in supermarkets. There are several reasons , firstly, we should prudently think about medicine’s side effects. Until now, Korea have not sold medicines in supermarket. So, we experienced the inconvenience many times. But, we didn't experience the medicine’s side-effects, also. I want to ask you, If you experience side-effects by selling medicines in supermarkets and If your friend die by the side-effect, could you confidently say you support that?
Secondly, it is pharmacist’s revenue. Strictly speaking, selling the drugs is business. Think about it from the opposite side. If you lose your money which is necessary to keep your livelihood, could you say that you will sacrifice your income for the public’s convenience?
I thought how crucial and serious this problem is during preparing the presentation. It was very useful time.
